Planroom Policies

Regular planroom hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Closed on certain holidays.

All persons using the planroom must sign the register at the front desk. 

Member firms may reserve only up to three sets of plans and specifications for any given evening.

Reserved plans must be picked up between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. These plans must be returned no later than between 8:30 a.m. and 9.00 a. m. the following business day. If you have plans reserved and are unable to use them, please contact the Builder's Exchange & Reprographics before 4:00 p.m. so they can be reassigned.

Photocopies are available. Please ask the Builder's Exchange & Reprographics employee on duty for copy machine locations and current pricing.

The Builder's Exchange & Reprographics personnel can produce blueprint copies. Prices vary depending on the size requirements.

No smoking in the building.
